To help us understand who will be attending this Reunion, we require as much information about you as possible.
It is also
essential that we have your accurate contact details, as we will need to update you with the Reunion progress.

Registration Process
A compulsory Registration Fee of $35 (non refundable) is required for each attendee (i.e. $70 per couple) –
this fee will also include a bonus custom embroidered “Reunion T-Shirt” (for
those who pay their registration fee by the due date), which will be issued to you at the
Registration desk (refer to T-shirt section on the form), upon your arrival.

DATE: Full payment must be received no later than 31 Aug 2009.
NOTE: Registration payments
received after 31 Aug, will NOT qualify for a bonus T'shirt.
T'shirts will are available for order separately @
$32ea (by clicking on the Memorabilia page of this website). Final orders must be paid for, by 20 November 2009.
After completing the Online Registration Form below, your “Registration Info” will be emailed
to you in due course, which will include in-depth details of your selected programme/event costs.
We will also send your "Personal I.D. number" with payment instructions.

Automatic Payment Facility -
(NB: AP Facility has now expired)
To assist you in budgeting for this event, we
are offering a weekly/fortnightly/monthly Automatic Payment facility in which your payments will be held in a secure account.These payments will be associated to you only (and those you have agreed to pay for)
and will be monitored (via your personal “Reunion No.”, which will be issued to you).Statements/updates can be requested at the end of each calendar month.
If you select the
AP option, we will send you instructions on setting up your Auto payments.
The deadline for completed
